At Snappy Fish, we want you to feel fresh, free, and totally comfortable — including when it comes to returns. If something’s not quite right with your order, we’ve got your back.

1. Returns

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In its original condition and packaging

  • With tags still attached (if applicable)

If you’ve tried it on and decided it’s not your vibe, that’s totally okay — just keep it clean and in like-new condition.

2. How to Start a Return

Send us an email at info@snappyfish.gr with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you want to return

  • A short note about why (optional, but helpful)

We’ll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or sent in error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

Received something funky (and not in the good way)?
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — no extra cost, no stress.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following are not returnable:

  • Worn or washed items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Gift cards or promotional giveaways
